Dutch authorities says they won't prosecute porn star movies inside Catholic Church
Dutch Prosecutors have rejected a complaint from a Catholic church in the city of Tilburg after two actors were filmed having sex in the confessional box.
The video of the two actors filmed having sex in the confessional box inside Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church in the metropolis of Tilburg was posted on Dutch porn star Kim Holland’s web site in January.
She earlier apologised and stated that the video had been made by an external producer and would no longer appear on her site, according to local broadcaster Omroep Brabant.
According to the authorities, the pornographic film was offensive but there is no more a law in the Netherlands against blasphemy.

Rather the Justice ministry advised that 'the church should always have hung a no-entry signal on the church entrance and anyone who makes illegal entry will be prosecuted.
Although, a special Mass was held in January to cleanse Saint Joseph's church. But the priest at the Church, Fr Jan van Noorwegen, expressed over the prosecutors' decision.
He has also held a Sunday Mass seeking forgiveness for the desecration of his church from the calamity.
